Spring Flow and Glow 5 Night Retreat

Join us for our Spring Flow & Glow Retreat in a lovely private villa in the the heart of bella Tuscany with our special guest & friend, pilates instructor Ruth Morandi. Over these rejuvenating days, you’ll experience a heartfelt blend of mindful movement, soulful breathwork/meditation, and seasonal Italian cuisine prepared with love and intention. Each day invites you to soften into yourself—moving your body in ways that feel good, enjoying delicious meals that celebrate the beauty of spring, and savouring unhurried moments surrounded by nature. But wellness isn’t only about stillness. It’s also about joy, about laughter, connection, and allowing yourself to have fun, hence the name Flow and Glow! Our time together also includes an afternoon at a charming local winery, where you’ll sip beautiful Tuscan wines, an excursion and meal at an enchanting hilltop town where you can savour the landscape, and enjoy the light-hearted magic that only Italy can offer. Evenings invite conversation, rest, or maybe even some dancing and a sense of community that forms naturally when women come together with open hearts. The Flow & Glow Retreat is more than a getaway—it's a gentle homecoming. A chance to return to yourself… to clarity, to peace, to vitality. A space to nourish your body, renew your spirit, and welcome the new season with openness and joy Set within a beautiful private villa, with horses and lovely places to walk, this intimate gathering blends gentle movement, nourishing seasonal food, meaningful connection, and moments of pure joy. The Retreat costs range from €1900 for a shared room to €2275 for a private room. A deposit of €525 is required to reserve a place. THE BALANCE PLUS ANY ADD-ONS SUCH AS A MASSAGE TREATMENT, OR PRIVATE TRANSFER IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO RETREAT START.

Peruvian Private Dining Experience

We love Italy and of course Italian food but sometimes a change is nice and this month we have Chef Ruby working with Chef Lorraine to cook up a Peruvian Dinner. Peruvian food is a delicious blend of Andean ingredients and spices blended with Spanish, African and Asian influences. Sure to be a flavour bomb for your taste buds!
