These terms are here to create clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for everyone.
1. Booking & Payment
To secure your place on the retreat, a €525 deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance of must be paid no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.
If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and release the space. In this case, the deposit will be retained.
2. Cancellations by the Participant
All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a full refund of all payments made
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, including the deposit
No refunds are offered for late arrival, early departure, or unused services once the retreat has begun.
3. Transfers
Bookings are non-transferable, unless agreed in writing.
If a transfer is approved, the new participant must accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
4. Changes or Cancellation by the Organiser
In rare and unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, minimum numbers not being met, or force majeure events), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat.
If the retreat is cancelled by us, all payments made will be fully refunded.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location.
We strongly recommend travel insurance, including coverage for cancellation, illness, injury, and travel disruption.
6. Health, Wellbeing & Responsibility
By booking, participants confirm that they are physically and emotionally able to take part in retreat activities.
Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or special requirements that may affect your participation.
All activities are optional, and participation is entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.
7. Respectful Participation
Our retreats are grounded in respect, kindness, and shared experience.
We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Liability
Participation in the retreat is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to personal property, except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Photography & Media
Photographs or videos may be taken during the retreat for future promotional use.
If you prefer not to appear in any media, please let us know in writing before the retreat begins.
